Terms and conditions of sale

Version dated 18 September 2026.

1. Seller and scope

The Parfum4You shop is operated by Lion Sport SA, Chemin de l’Etoile 1a, 1053 Cugy VD, Switzerland, UID CHE-110.547.418. You can contact us at contact@parfum4you.ch.

These terms and conditions of sale govern purchases made on parfum4you.ch by individuals for their private needs, with a delivery address in Switzerland. They do not automatically govern purchases made in our physical shop.

The applicable version is the one made available when the order is placed. Specific conditions of an offer form part of the contract when they have been communicated before the order. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

2. Products and information

The essential characteristics, size, price and available options are shown on each product page. Maison Solen is a perfume brand created and manufactured in Switzerland, offered as part of our selection of multiple brands.

Photographs illustrate the products. Minor differences in screen appearance or packaging may occur without changing the agreed characteristics. Fragrance notes describe a scent; perception, sillage and longevity vary according to the skin and conditions of use. This clarification does not limit your rights if a product is defective or does not match its promised characteristics.

Follow the precautions, ingredients information and instructions on the packaging. Keep perfumes away from heat and flames and out of reach of children.

3. Orders and formation of the contract

You select your products and their size, add them to the basket, then enter your details and choose from the delivery and payment options offered. Before confirming, you can check and correct the items, quantities and information entered. The summary shows the total amount payable.

Your final confirmation with an obligation to pay constitutes your offer to purchase. We will send you an electronic order confirmation without delay. The contract is formed when this confirmation is sent. Payment authorisation alone, without an order confirmation, does not constitute acceptance.

If an ordered item cannot be delivered, we will inform you promptly and agree with you on the next steps. We do not substitute another product or change the agreed price without your consent. In the event of cancellation, amounts collected for the undelivered item will be refunded. Your rights in the event of non-performance of the contract and statutory rules concerning a fundamental error remain unaffected.

Keep your order emails and summary. You can save or print these terms and conditions from your browser.

4. Prices, discounts and delivery charges

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT and other applicable public taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately and included in the total presented before you confirm your order.

  • Item value below CHF 55: standard delivery CHF 7.
  • Item value of CHF 55 or more: free standard delivery within Switzerland.

The threshold applies to the value of the items after discounts, excluding delivery charges. A gift card used as a payment method does not reduce the value of the items for this calculation. The conditions and duration of a promotion are specified with the offer; discounts can only be combined if this is stated or permitted at checkout.

Subsequent changes to prices or these terms do not affect an order already concluded.

5. Payment

You may use the payment methods offered at checkout, including cards and TWINT when these options are available for your order. Processing is handled by the payment providers displayed during the transaction. You must be authorised to use your chosen payment method.

Preparation begins after payment is confirmed. If payment fails or is declined, we invite you to choose another available method. No unannounced surcharge will be added after your confirmation.

6. Delivery

We deliver only within Switzerland, by economy post. Preparation generally takes 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Transit then generally takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. These times are estimates; weekends and public holidays do not count as working days.

Details are provided in our shipping policy. In the event of a delay, lost parcel or missing item, contact us: we will investigate the situation with the carrier. Rights under the Code of Obligations in the event of non-performance or delay, including after an appropriate additional deadline has been set where required by law, remain unaffected.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we will contact you to agree on the next steps and inform you of any justified charges before resending it.

7. Cancellation and change-of-mind returns

Swiss law does not provide a general right of withdrawal for ordinary online purchases. The voluntary return options offered by Parfum4You are described in our returns and refunds policy.

To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether it can still be done. A request does not constitute confirmation of cancellation. Rights relating to a defect, delivery error or non-performance of the contract remain unaffected.

8. Defects and delivery errors

Check your order as soon as you can after receiving it and report any defects without delay to contact@parfum4you.ch. For a defect that could not be detected upon receipt, inform us without delay after discovering it. Provide your order number and describe the problem; photographs may help us process the request, but are not an absolute condition for exercising your rights.

The warranty for defects is governed by Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Subject to statutory conditions, you may in particular request rescission of the sale, a price reduction or, for fungible goods, replacement. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution without removing your statutory rights.

For new goods sold to a consumer, warranty claims generally become time-barred two years after delivery. This period does not replace the duty to report defects without delay and does not constitute a guarantee that the product will keep for two years after opening. Statutory exceptions, particularly in cases of fraudulent concealment, remain applicable.

An opened product, a promotional item or a perfume containing alcohol is not excluded from defect handling solely for that reason. The conditions for voluntary returns do not limit this warranty.

9. Liability

Our liability is governed by Swiss law. These terms neither exclude nor limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, particularly in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability under the Swiss Federal Product Liability Act.

Using Shopify, a payment provider or a carrier does not deprive you of rights you may exercise against us as the seller.

10. Personal data and use of the website

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy. Placing an order does not constitute general consent to advertising or processing requiring separate consent.

The website’s texts, visuals, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reproducing or commercially using them requires the relevant owner’s permission, subject to uses permitted by law. Use of the website must comply with the law, third-party rights and the security of the service.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

Swiss law applies. If you encounter any difficulty, first contact us at contact@parfum4you.ch so that we can seek a solution.

Mandatory consumer-protection rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected. In the cases covered by Articles 32 and 35 of the Swiss Civil Procedure Code, consumers may bring proceedings before the court at their domicile or at the supplier’s registered office; the supplier must bring proceedings at the consumer’s domicile. No clause in these terms requires consumers to waive these rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the other provisions remain valid to the extent permitted by law.
