Returns
Before sending a product back
You have 30 days after receipt to request the return of an unopened and unused product in its original packaging, with any seals intact. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Defects, damage or delivery errors are handled separately: your statutory rights remain reserved, including if the product has been opened.
