What products can I find at Parfum4You?
The shop offers Dubai perfumes, Swiss creations from Maison Solen, fragrance mists, perfume oils and home fragrances.
Where do the fragrances come from?
Our multibrand products are selected from official distributors. Maison Solen is a Swiss perfume brand, designed and made in Switzerland.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order with TWINT or by card. Available methods are shown at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is available within Switzerland only. It costs CHF 7 for orders below CHF 55 and is free on orders of CHF 55 or more.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 3 working days. Transit within Switzerland then takes around 2 to 5 working days. These times are estimates.
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days of receipt for an unopened, unused product in its original packaging, with any seals intact. You pay the return shipping costs. Requests involving defects, damage or delivery errors are handled separately: your statutory rights remain unaffected, even if the product has been opened.
Can I discover the perfumes in store?
Yes. Parfum4You welcomes you at Avenue de la Confrérie 40, 1008 Prilly, Tuesday to Friday from 17:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 13:00 to 17:00. Personalised advice is available by appointment.
